What do the French know about beauty that we don't?

This woman had her face eaten off by her pet Labrador, then had an entire face transplant from a donor cadaver. I think she looks pretty good considering what she's been through. Maybe it's the scarf. That hint of color right by the face, a subtle draping of softness, the secret of french women for years. I think she looks better than a heck of a lot of American women who are still dealing with their own faces, or their Botoxed and lifted Face 2.0.
